Where Astrology Meets Embodiment

The Outer Planets Are on the Move in 2026!

There's a lot happening astrologically this year:

Pluto continues his journey through the opening degrees of Aquarius.

Neptune moves into Aries,
and Saturn joins him there in February.

Uranus enters Gemini in April.

Jupiter enters Leo in July.

Plus! Chiron moves into Taurus, and the North Node moves into Aquarius.

What does this all mean for you? The slower-moving outer planets help to form culture and society over longer arcs of time. And all five of these planets – Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto – are changing signs this year, or just changed (in the case of Pluto).

And all five of them are moving into fire and air signs. All while the opening scenes of another Aquarian Age unfold.

Which means that change is afoot! It’s a great time to get into the study of astrology and yoga, aka AstroYoga, and learn how to incorporate the practice of embodied astrology into your life.

What Is AstroYoga?

The astrology-yoga connection

Astrology and yoga are ancient disciplines that look to one another to answer some of life’s deepest questions. AstroYoga is the marriage of those two modalities, intertwined into an interface designed for the modern age.

It is both a field of study and a practice born of a combination of traditions throughout the world.⁣

🌞Astrology is designed to help you learn about yourself and your place in the world — it offers tools of how to navigate time and your life purpose.⁣

🌙 Practicing yoga makes you a fine-tuned instrument so you can align with and begin to work with the various archetypal energies of the stars and planets.⁣

If you want to get a better understanding of what this means, read through the What Is AstroYoga? lesson series, exploring the connection betwen astrology and yoga.
